全自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)滾(gun)絲(si)(si)機(ji)(ji)即是在(zai)普通的滾(gun)絲(si)(si)機(ji)(ji)基礎上(shang)加裝通過振動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)盤、料斗(dou)、自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)送料器等自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)送料機(ji)(ji)構,配(pei)合PLC等自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)系統實現工(gong)件的全自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)滾(gun)絲(si)(si)加工(gong)。二(er)軸和三軸滾(gun)絲(si)(si)機(ji)(ji)均(jun)可改裝成(cheng)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)滾(gun)絲(si)(si)機(ji)(ji)。
全自動(dong)滾絲(si)(si)機(ji)(ji)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)是(shi)一種先進(jin)(jin)的(de)無切削(xue)加(jia)(jia)工(gong),滾絲(si)(si)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)一種多功能冷擠壓成(cheng)形(xing)機(ji)(ji)床,滾絲(si)(si)機(ji)(ji)能在其滾壓力范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)在冷態(tai)下對(dui)工(gong)件進(jin)(jin)行螺紋(wen)(wen)、直紋(wen)(wen)、斜紋(wen)(wen)滾壓等處理(li)(li);能有效(xiao)地提高工(gong)件的(de)內(nei)在和(he)表面(mian)質量,加(jia)(jia)工(gong)時產生(sheng)的(de)徑向壓應力,能顯(xian)著提高工(gong)件的(de)疲勞強度和(he)扭轉強度,是(shi)一種高效(xiao)、節能、低(di)耗的(de)理(li)(li)想工(gong)藝。
加(jia)工原理:
在上(shang)冷(leng)軋加工(gong)(gong)小模數漸開(kai)線花鍵的(de)原理(li)。L、R是參(can)數相(xiang)同的(de)一對漸開(kai)線滾(gun)(gun)軋輪(lun)(lun),分別安裝在滾(gun)(gun)絲機的(de)兩根主軸(zhou)上(shang),并(bing)可(ke)在傳動(dong)機構(gou)的(de)驅動(dong)下同向(xiang)(xiang)同步旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)。R輪(lun)(lun)可(ke)由油缸驅動(dong)進(jin)行徑向(xiang)(xiang)進(jin)給運動(dong),L輪(lun)(lun)可(ke)通過調整機構(gou)的(de)調整與R輪(lun)(lun)在工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)P表面的(de)壓痕重合(he)。工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)P以兩中(zhong)心孔定位夾緊,調整夾具可(ke)使工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)移動(dong),在受力時(shi)可(ke)繞夾具上(shang)過O點與機床主軸(zhou)平行的(de)軸(zhou)線擺(bai)動(dong)一個Φ角,以保證工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)在冷(leng)軋過程中(zhong)始終保持與兩滾(gun)(gun)軋輪(lun)(lun)處于自由對滾(gun)(gun)狀態,同時(shi)便于裝夾工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)。
特(te)點:
1.結(jie)(jie)構性強:全自動滾(gun)絲機(ji)左(zuo)機(ji)架(jia)(jia)與右機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(成L形)兩個點組裝(zhuang)結(jie)(jie)構,抗力強、剛(gang)性好。尤其是滑板經過特殊鏟花(hua)處理,在長期重壓加工(gong)中滑板更(geng)穩定不易磨損。
2.精度穩定(ding):機臺采用油壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系統變頻機構(gou),由PLC程序控(kong)制壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)與自動沖擊加壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系統結(jie)合,在(zai)滾制中(zhong)油溫高低穩定(ding),不影響出(chu)力(li),不會(hui)產(chan)生油溫差使(shi)得在(zai)加工(gong)件時質量平均(jun)值更穩定(ding)。
3.油(you)壓力道強(qiang)韌:一般油(you)壓泵浦分兩(liang)種(zhong):
①活(huo)塞式,最大(da)出壓力KGM210KG;
②葉片(pian)式,最大出壓力KGM120KG。
4.齒輪箱按裝有調齒背(bei)隙功(gong)能,使得在滾制工件外徑大小轉換、且加工時間較(jiao)久之(zhi)后(hou),有調試主軸公差功(gong)能。
